1. Return period
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Prepare your package : Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documents included.
- Send us the item : Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Non-refundable items
Certain categories of items cannot be returned, such as:

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping of returns
